Refund Policy

Orders Cancelled (If Applicable)
We can accept the cancellation of the order before the package is sent out. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us [email protected], we will respond within 1-2 business day.
Please note:
  • If we have already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. You can only apply for a return refund after receiving the product. 
7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If you find that the item is not working or damagedwithin 7 days of receiving the product, please follow the warranty process and contact us [email protected] for a return or refund. We will confirm by email whether you meet the 7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) guarantee. If it meets the 7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) guarantee, we will send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund, if not, we will refuse a refund. 
30 Days Unconditional Refund Guarantee 
We always place our customer satisfaction on the top of our mission. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The returned shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
If you need to return an item , please send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for your return.
Please notes:
  • We will NOT accept any returns without contacting us first, packages sent to our return address without our acceptance will be sent back. All used items are not eligible for return.
  • The product must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition. We can not accept returns if the product has been scratched, stained, damaged, drilled or any other type of modification.
45 Days Money Back Guarantee
We only accept returns in the case that the product has quality problems within 45 days of receipt. In other cases, no refunds will be accepted, including no refunds even if there is a quality problem after 45 days.
About Shipping Cost
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In other cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
About Returns and Compensation Process
  • For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 1-5 business days, upon receiving your item back and depending on stock availability.
  • For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 1-5 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this, the refund time will depend on the payment method. (PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account).
Please note:
  • All non-faulty products can only be returned if they are 100% unopened and unused.
    We will not accept for return any drone or camera products which have the protective wrapping removed from any component, have been charged, or flown.
  • If any used drone or camera item is returned to us, it will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
